Please ensure that you include all necessary shipping information, we cannot be held liable for items shipped to the wrong address. That said, we will do our best to help if this occurs.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise returned in new condition. 

·     Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

·     Regrettably, at this point Poetry Culture does not pay for return shipping.

·     Poetry Culture is not liable for returns lost in the mail.

·     The final decision on whether an item can be returned rests with Poetry Culture.

Exchanges

We do not currently do exchanges unless Poetry Culture has sent you something you did not order, in which case we will happily exchange your items. In lieu of an exchange, we recommend returning your existing item and ordering the item in the correct size.
